  • Raise your hand if you need a break — we always stop
  • Let us know if you're experiencing discomfort
  • Ask questions — no question is too small
  • We can adjust anaesthesia levels if needed
  • Bring headphones if music helps you relax

After Your Visit

  • Follow all post-treatment instructions provided
  • Take prescribed medication as directed
  • Avoid hard/sticky foods after fillings for 24 hours
  • Contact us if you have unexpected pain or swelling
  • Book your follow-up or next check-up before you leave
